Serina earned her 300 hour teacher training in Core Strength Vinyasa®
(200 Hour Raja + 300 Core Strength Vinyasa)
Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV) is a style of yoga created by Sadie Nardini to help students experience their Center. She created Core Poses, specific movements, postures and sequences that bring the student into more core-generated alignment, improving safety and stability while causing a more efficient total body/mind transformation. Serina blends her own style to CSV, by drawing from her love of dance/movement and Raja Yoga to create a warrior-like energy on the mat.
What does 500 RYT mean?

Advanced training is defined as training that requires participants to have completed a 200-hour training.
